Analýza ztrát selat v konkrétním chovu
Fabiánek, Tomáš
The aim of this thesis was to evalulate reproductive traits of sows in specific farm. All data was collected in period 2017-2021 from sows which are raised by agricultural company GenAgro Říčany a.s. In data there are informations about 3862 litters in total. In sows there was observed gestation length, number of piglets total born, number of liveborn piglets, stillborn piglets, weaned piglets, preweaning mortality in litters and reasons for their elimination. There is evalulation of effect of year, parity and gestation length on these reproductive traits in this thesis also. Statistica and R programs were used to perform this evalulation. Average gestation length for the whole period was 113,92 days. Average number of piglets total born was 15,74. Average number of liveborn piglets was 12,84 and stillborn piglets was 2,89. Average number of weaned piglets was 11,86. Average number of preweaning mortality was 1,78. There was observed significant effect of year, parity and gestation length on reproductive traits in this thesis.
Zhodnocení chovu prasat na rodinné farmě se zaměřením na reprodukční vlastnosti prasnic
Králová, Marie
In this diploma thesis I focused on evaluation of reproductive characteristics on a selected family farm. In the first part, I conducted a literature study on a given topic, where I described fertility and milkiness of sows, the birth process and the fertility of boars. Further, I described different breeds that were used in an experiment. The final part of literature study focused on the general economic review of pig production in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. In the practical part of my thesis, I observed reproductive characteristics of sows raised on a family farm in Stavěšice. The practical research monitored the whole number of piglets born, the number of piglets born alive and the number of piglets weaned. Further, the weight and the gender of piglets was monitored as well as the preweaning losses of piglets, the gestation length, the average daily weight gain and the boar influence on the gender and the weight of piglets. The concluding part of the thesis consists of the economic analysis of pig production in general and the economic analysis of the farm in Stavěšice.
Vyhodnocení reprodukčních ukazatelů ve vybraném chovu prasnic
Pospíšilíková, Iveta
The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the reproductive performance parametres in sows in selected herd of the years 2010, 2012 and 2013. In the year 2011, the selected herd has been repopulated, therefore the results from this year are not included in this work. There were observed phenotypic levels of selected reproductive parametres, namely the total number of born piglets, the number of live -- born piglets, the number of reared piglets, the comparison among parities. Further, there were evaluated the loss of piglets, lenght of meantime and rate of conception of sows. The obtained results indicate that the best results of the reproductive performance parametres in sows was reached in the year 2013, namely 33.6 pcs of total born piglets/sow/year (14.26 pcs/litter), 30.7 pcs of live -- born piglets/sow/year (13.03 pcs/litter) and 26.4 pcs of reared piglets/sow/year (11.21 pcs/litter). In comparison of parities, the best results were found on the third and subsequent litters, namely 14.76 pcs of total born piglets/litter and 13.64 pcs of live -- born piglets/litter in the year 2012. The highest number of reared piglets was found on the second litter in the year 2013, namely 11.57 pcs/litter. The evaluation of losses of piglets, the highest level of losses of live -- born piglets was found in the year 2013 (14 %). The highest share of losses of piglets from birth to weaning accounted piglets with low birth weight. In selected herd, the measures have been taken to minimize loss of piglets, five percent at least. In the evaluation of lenght of meantime, there was found the shortest length in the year 2012, namely 149.5 days. The best rate of conception of sows was found in the year 2013, namely 94.6 % after the first insemination.
